What You’ll Do
As an ASE Master Automotive Technician, you will perform advanced-level diagnostic and repair work, including:
- Advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
- Engine performance diagnosis and repair
- Complex mechanical repairs
- Steering, suspension, brake, and alignment work
- ADAS and alignment system diagnostics
- Supporting advanced diagnostic cases across the team
- Mentoring and supporting junior technicians when needed
- Ensuring high-quality, accurate repairs completed efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- ASE Master Certification (or equivalent high-level experience)
- 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Experience with electrical and drivability systems
- Desire to work in a structured, team-based environment
- Commitment to quality workmanship
- Leadership mindset or willingness to mentor others
Preferred Skills
- Advanced diagnostics experience
- Electrical system expertise
- ADAS or alignment system knowledge
- Interest in EV or future automotive technology
